Terry Hunter served in the United States Army from 1989-1997 as a Personnel Administration Specialist. Throughout this time, she relocated to numerous places throughout the U.S., Europe, Asia, Africa, and served in Desert Storm in 1990 and 1991.  As an army wife of 14 years, Terry’s family enjoyed living in cities such as Austin, Thornton, Honolulu, Fort Knox, and Fort Collins.  

Terry is involved in her community as a supporter of the local Healing Warriors Program, and she sits on the Board of Directors for Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) Northern Colorado Chapter. Not only is Terry a supporter of active-duty military members and veterans, but she is also the mother of a Marine. Terry’s son, Shawn joined the Marines in January 2023, and she could not be prouder of his accomplishments.

As a veteran, Terry is disciplined and driven. Her work ethic and professionalism will not disappoint.  She truly understands the logistics of miliary family moves, VA Loans, and has earned the Military and Veteran Housing Certification (MVHC).
