Frequently Asked Questions

1) How much are applications?

-Applications are free to process. No cost to the tenant!

2) How long does it take to get an answer?

-Once we receive a completed application including income verification, we try to have our part of the process completed in 24 hours, but sometimes can take up to 48-72 hours if we have trouble reaching a reference. Another thing to keep in mind is that we are a location and screening service for the owner, they will still make the final decision on acceptance. We try to act as quickly as possible and sometimes the process can take a few extra days, please contact your leasing or showing assistant if you would like to know the current status.

3) What is a "completed application"?

-For an application to be processed it must be filled out in its entirety. All applicable fields answered and explained as well as current pay stubs provided. Additionally all applications must be turned in. We cannot run Joe and Bobs application if their roommate Bill has not completed his.

4) What is the best way to submit an application?

-The best and fastest way is to fill one out at your showing with your showing assistant. If your decide not to, either email or fax will be fine.
